Does extracting slime harm snails?
No, the extraction is carried out with complete respect for the animal. Nuvò uses a manual, non-invasive method that gently stimulates the snail to release the mucus, without the use of chemicals or harsh processes. Once the procedure is complete, the snails are returned to their natural habitat without suffering any harm.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Italy generally takes 1–3 business days (2–4 days for the islands), starting from order confirmation and logistics processing.
