Credit Card

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and details.

Pay conveniently and in full security by logging into your PayPal account. After confirming your order through the site, you will be directed to PayPal's secure servers, where you will be able to access your account and pay via credit balance or linked account. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and details.

 Satispay

It is a payment method that allows you to shop on our online shop in a smart and secure way. Upon confirmation of your order on our website, you will be redirected to a Satispay screen with the QR code for the payment. To conclude your purchase and confirm your order, simply scan the QR code with your Satispay app. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and details.

Installment Payment or Bank Transfer with Klarna

Klarna supports the "Buy now, pay later" purchasing model, a flexible payment method that gives you the choice of paying now or paying in installments without additional interests. It is integrated via Stripe, a fast and reliable payment gateway that allows you to resort to various ways of accepting payments globally, including credit or debit card, mobile wallet and dozens of other options. Stripe protects your personal data, card and bank account information through high anti-fraud systems. To use Klarna, at checkout choose the payment method "Credit Card" and then select "Klarna". You will then be redirected to pay.klarna.com, where you can choose to pay in instalments without interest or by direct transfer. Klarna will then collect additional information for an immediate credit check and decide whether or not to approve your payment. We will in no way receive this information. If the transaction is approved, Klarna pays the company (in this case Dulàc Farmaceutici 1982 srl) and takes over the collection of your instalment or transfer payments. Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your order number and details.

Cash on delivery - Payment on delivery (only for shipments within Italy)

Cash on delivery payment requires paying the total amount of the order directly to the courier upon delivery. You can only choose this payment method for orders with delivery in Italy. Payment must be made exclusively in cash. We advise you to prepare the exact amount as the courier may not have the rest of the amount due. The handling of this type of payment involves a small surcharge of € 1.50 indicated during checkout due to the collection handling costs charged by TNT courier.
