If you need to return one or more products purchased on, fill out (within 14 days of receiving your order) the form on this page: Return and refunds.

We ship our products throughout Italy, to many European countries* and to the United Kingdom. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In Italy, delivery times range from 24 to 48 working hours, but in some areas, including smaller islands and free zones, times could be longer.

Outside Italy, delivery times range from 3 to 10 working days and vary depending on the area. Also in this case, the times could lengthen as regards the delivery of orders in disadvantaged areas.
