Does extracting slime harm snails?
No, extraction is carried out with the utmost respect for the animal. Nuvò uses a gentle, non-invasive manual method that encourages the snail to release its mucin, without the use of chemicals or harsh processes. Once the procedure is complete, the snails are returned to their natural habitat unharmed.

Nuvò cosmetics are 100% Made in Italy. The entire production chain is controlled and takes place in Italy, from the selection of raw materials to the creation of the final product.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Italy generally takes 1–3 business days (2–4 days for the islands), starting from order confirmation and logistics processing.
